About Me
I originally trained as a Child Psychotherapist, specialising in Anxiety, Relationships, Addiction, Family Dynamics, Attachment, Bereavement and trauma before training to become a Coach.
I worked in a variety of settings including a special care baby unit, a children's hospice, an alcohol and drug centre, schools, family centres, a programme for children with anxiety disorders and in private practice.
This has given me an amazing foundation to build on my life coaching practice and with it a wealth of life experiences.
Personally: I have 3 grown up Children who have all left home, and I have recently moved from Brighton to Shoreham.
I love living by the coast and I have a real passion for anything related to the water!
Walking with my dog Lexi along the beach is a daily must.
I also love to travel, having recently solely explored Vietnam and Bali.
